  28. Not necessarily.  The original EBCDIC contained no accented
  29. characters, but CECP 037 has the same repertory of characters
  30. as all the other CECP's.  However, if the context is one of
  31. heavy use of accented characters, the code page actually used
  32. was most likely one of the others anyhow.
